Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Provide strategic & operational HR support across the organization
- ✅ Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and systems
- ✅ Support recruitment, onboarding and induction
- ✅ Manage employee records, contracts and HR documentation
- ✅ Coordinate performance management and staff development
- ✅ Advise management on employee relations & labour law compliance
- ✅ Promote a positive work culture, health, safety and welfare
Requirements & Qualifications
- 🎓 Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field
- 📊 Minimum 3–5 years' HR experience (agricultural / food processing / manufacturing preferred)
- ⚖️ In-depth knowledge of Ghana's labour laws & HR best practices
- 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS
- 🎯 Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- 🏅 Professional HR certification (e.g. CIPD, GHRA) is an added advantage
