Precision is our promise. Join Simbrella Ghana as the Reconciliation and Settlement expert who keeps revenue and partner payments exactly right. You will reconcile usage against client and partner records, close gaps before they become losses, and ensure every invoice and payment is accurate and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Usage & Revenue Reconciliation: Reconcile credit-score requests, API calls and invoices against client records and approved pricing, and identify unbilled usage and revenue leakage.
• Partner Settlement: Validate and process approved payments to financial partners and mobile network operators in line with contractual terms.
• Discrepancy Investigation: Detect, track and resolve mismatches between platform, client, partner and finance records.
• Reporting & Audit Trails: Prepare audit-ready reconciliation schedules, generate periodic reports, and support both internal audits and Bank of Ghana regulatory reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in reconciliation, revenue assurance, billing, settlement or finance operations.
• Core Skills: High numerical accuracy, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and familiarity with billing or reconciliation systems.
