Job Overview

Constromart Africa is inviting applications from recent graduates to join its 2027 Graduate Trainee Programme. The programme is designed to provide aspiring professionals with practical industry experience, professional mentorship, and hands-on exposure to multidisciplinary infrastructure projects across Ghana. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in areas such as Civil and Infrastructure Engineering, Works Inspection and Supervision, Project Controls and Administration, Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, Architecture, Building Design, and Technical Proposal Writing. The programme aims to develop participants' technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and project management skills through real-world assignments and structured learning opportunities. No prior work experience is required. Applicants must have a relevant qualification, be within three years of graduation, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and be prepared to undertake assignments at various project locations across Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support enterprise business applications, ensuring system availability, security, compliance, and optimal performance. Provide user support, training, vendor coordination, and application support across head office, branches, and subsidiaries.
• Design, develop, and maintain low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and other technologies to automate business processes, support digital transformation initiatives, and integrate enterprise applications through APIs and data flows.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data analytics solutions to support operational efficiency and management decision-making while ensuring data quality and contributing to IT performance reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in any of the listed disciplines or related infrastructure fields.
• Must be within 3 years of graduation.
• No prior work experience required.
• Willingness to learn and undertake assignments at different project locations.
