Job Overview
Guinness Ghana is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to support maintenance operations within its Brewing and Utilities departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring efficient maintenance planning to support uninterrupted production operations. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage maintenance schedules, optimise asset performance, and support preventive maintenance practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements & Qualifications
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of maintenance engineering experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- Proven supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of maintenance planning and asset care.
- Experience in reliability management.
- Familiarity with SAP/CMMS and preventive maintenance practices.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment.
