Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field
- 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably within construction or field-based operations
- Knowledge of the Ghana Labour Act
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict management skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Candidates based in Takoradi will be preferred
